Ordering any of our products is quick, easy, and secure, using our online store.
If you are going to be at a local (Pacific NW) show, you can purchase our
products in person and avoid shipping costs.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY We will gladly cancel your order and refund your purchase if we have not yet
shipped your item. If your item has been shipped, and you would like to
return it, we will gladly refund your purchase price, less shipping, provided
all original materials are unopened and present. If you receive your order
and items are not intact (rubber has leaked out of a bag, adhesive has leaked,
etc.), we will gladly send enough to replenish what was damaged in shipment
ORDERING AND SHIPMENT POLICY Your order will be shipped as soon as your payment has been cleared, either
through Google Checkout or Paypal. Be aware that using
"e-checks" through Paypal can sometimes take several days to clear -
but as soon as payment has been cleared, your item will be shipped and you will
receive a tracking number.
